Based in the Turks & Caicos Islands, Indies is an independent project management and development studio specializing in architecturally distinctive residential and commercial real estate.

We develop and manage projects with a focus on singular residential estates and multi-villa resort sites, working with private clients and brands to develop sites across the Turks & Caicos Islands from the ground up. With over a decade of experience in high-end residential, multi-residential, commercial, and resort and hospitality projects, we bring a passion for design and a meticulous attention to detail to everything we build.

From new site development to full-scope project management, we guide every phase: site acquisition, master planning, design, costing, construction, and handover.

Indies is a registered Turks & Caicos company, available to manage projects for both local and international clients.
