The Sanctuary
The Sanctuary on Flamingo Lake is a multi-villa community designed into the peninsula oversetting the lake in Turtle Tail, Providenciales. Offering a mixture of 2 Bed, 3 Bed & 4 Bed Lakehouses, across 11 Lots that range from 0.25 - 0.8 acres, The Sanctuary provides a considered alternative to denser villa developments. Utilizing a Turks & Caicos based consultant team has allowed a renewed focus on sustainability, retaining native vegetation and protecting the mangroves, while working to create a new island aesthetic that focuses on timber and natural tones.
Phase 1 broke ground in May 2023, with the first two villas due to complete in late 2024.
